    Very middling , quite pricey for trendy ethical food, sandwich selection is basic they ,could be more creative with the food in general , cakes etc are decent , product selection is ok overall. Would be nice to see vegan meals on offer .. or some sort of relationship with all plants are similar … staff are normally decent and polite and respectful and friendly ….

    Great coffee and even better, the fresh ginger and lemon tea. The samosa roll was delicious and the cakes looked excellent but I resisted! Shop and refills good to know about if you're local, I'd be back if I lived there.

    staff didn't seem to be very motivated, the chocolate-peanut-cake was "o.k." No WiFi, the Coffee at least was very good, but also for drinking there you get a Take away Cup to produce extra Trash🤦🏻 The philosophy of an 'organic'! Business should BE a Lot more ecofriendly!!

    I was in Epsom for one week and came back here every single day for lunch because it was SOO good! The vegan selection of food is amazing, so fresh, great quality, fantastic taste. And most of all super healthy! The lentil soup was one of my must haves. The staff are super friendly as well I can highly recommend!

    Came here to refill my Ecover laundry liquid for the first time. I'm genuinely shocked at the price of the refill, which was nearly double the cost of a new 1.5L full bottle of the same stuff. That teaches me for not checking the price beforehand but genuinely didn't think it would cost nearly 100% more for a simple refill. A new bottle is approx £6-£6.50 yet to refill costs around £11.30. Not much of an incentive to refill. Won't be coming here again.

    Rude owner who berates and shouts at his staff while customers shop. I was truly horrified (and upset on behalf of the young staff) to observe them being verbally abused by the owner, who didn't seem to think it inappropriate or unacceptable to chastise them for making holiday plans that weren't quite to his liking. It was painful to watch the women being publicly humiliated, and I decided that this was one local business I no longer wish to support.

    This place is a true pity. Very good selection and nice location immerse in the sun. Unfortunately, every single time we go here it's pretty evident that the ownership doesn't see the opportunity. There's always just one person working during the morning peak over the weekend and consistently unserved customers that have been ignored for 5-6 minutes and that appreciate the slow pace just leave. We will keep coming here as we love supporting local brands but if you guys truly care about your business focus on throughput and rota.
