I paid over 9 pounds for a cortado and tiny piece of baklava that should have added up to 6 when looking on the menu. When I simply asked where the number came from the worker became hostile and was incredibly rude. Although the cafe looks nice, it is an overpriced tourist trap with a high service charge, bad customer service, and subpar tasting pastries.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!!!! stale cakes with horrible aftertaste, no possible way that the cakes are fresh, most likely defrosted which explain the cardboard like taste.Waiters were pushy and rude, overcharging us on the bill and then on top of that demanded we paid the service charge.I don't recommend this establishment unless you feel like a case of dry mouth and despicable service.

This place doesn’t even deserve any stars. We only went in as we had walked by and saw it was empty unlike the other cafes next door and now I see why it was so empty. The food was horrible, couldn’t even make a simple hot chocolate and the service was just as bad. The waiter was trying to kick us out by saying we could only stay for 20 mins so we couldn’t even try to enjoy our horrible cakes and drinks. Once we decided to leave they tried to say we hadn’t paid for some of the bill and scammed us. DON’T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. This place should be closed down!

Absolutely terrible service, when we asked to remove the service charge they were giving us a hard time about it. The red velvet cake was hard and stale and the Spanish latte tasted like milk. They also scammed us by insisting that we hadn’t paid the full bill and adding an extra £20 on. Will not be going back, Tacky interior and overall terrible experience.
