Very bad experience with this GP and this isn't for the first time. I requested a letter from doctor for my uni as I was very ill for 12 days and couldn't stand up. They only wanted to give me an exempt for one day. It's like I asked for their wage. Eventually they would give me the letter 6 weeks after I requested it. Even though I was paying £15 for the letter. Still they didn't want to write the dates I needed. Very useless and I don't see the reason for them being so much against us. Then we have been waiting for an appointment for 4 months. My partner is in excruciating pain and they couldn't give us an urgent scan appointment. I'm very concerned to approach this ordasall Surgery for anything.

Some of the reception staff are very veryyyy rude (the old women, short and round) I’m sure they’re known to their team as well. Not helpful at all and don’t even listen and don’t have any respect for elderly foreigners, they raise their voices when they’re wrong and messed up your appointments. I wish these rude staff leave the practice soon.

Best GP practice I’ve had by far. Easy to get through to them on the phone, no stupidly long wait, staff always friendly (when I know it’s not always easy), always manage to find me an appointment when I need one, my prescriptions are always on time and my GP Dr Adams is fab!
