I went to this store 2 weeks ago for a 90 minute massage. The masseuse was very unfriendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Appeared to be unwell, had a bad cold and kept wiping her nose throughout. After not catching it over the last 3 years, I developed covid 3 days later. Wont go back - need to sort out their staffing situation and sickness policies.

It’s usually good and friendly when the receptionist is there. However today I booked in for 4pm, had to push 10 mins later so they suggested 4.15. A lady rocks up at 4.20 and said ‘30mins’, I said ‘No I booked in for 60mins’. I then proceeded for payment as usually I use Apple Pay. The lady said ‘No card machine it’s not working’ so I said, I don’t have a card on me can I use bank transfer…she said I don’t have a bank account..cash only. She then proceeded to cancel the appointment and said ‘I don’t care if you can’t do it’ and said that I should inform that I want to to use my card for payment when booking an appointment…so apparently entirely my fault not hers, which I assume she couldn’t be bothered to set up the machine. She was so rude, I couldn’t believe how she was acting. Something not quite right with an attitude like that, when I was polite. No care or customer service, just a rude little child who shouldn’t be there. Complete waste of my time!

Called to book a massage, I arrived and no one at the door , no one is answering the phone. When someone finally arrived I’ve been told that no one wrote me appointment. Really disrespectful of my time Definitely not recommend.
