Beware! NONE of the previous reviews of The Orchard posted here are by Orchard tenants. I am currently a tenant of The Orchard and I draw your attention to the fact that information on the Orchard Housing Society''s website is also misleading. For example, the photograph of the Committee on the website was taken a number of years ago, and many of the individuals pictured no longer serve in that capacity, for one reason or another. The tenant support managers seem to come and go without warning, which is disconcerting to the tenants. It is hoped that the Management Committee of The Orchard will endeavour to provide qualified 'Care' personnel in the future who have the maturity and experience to comprehend the needs of older people.
