Yes, we do have a minimum stay requirement for reservations. During peak season, which is from June to September, we require a minimum stay of two nights. During the rest of the year, we require a minimum stay of one night.

What is the cancellation policy for reservations?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of reservation. For our luxury tents and cabins, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund the remainder of your payment. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will not issue a refund. For RV hookups, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice for a full refund.

Are there any restrictions on pets or alcohol consumption on the property?

We do allow pets on our property, but they must be kept on a leash at all times and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. We do not allow pets in our tents or cabins. As for alcohol consumption, we permit responsible drinking on our property, but we ask that guests do not become disruptive or cause a disturbance to other guests. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if they are behaving inappropriately.

The most perfect location for a family get away in very beautiful surroundings. The pods are brilliant! Modern with comfy beds, great facilities including hot showers, fridge, kettle, good Wi-Fi and tv too. I stayed at one of the glamping pods. It was very comfortable and extremely pleasant. The owners of the campsite were friendly and very helpful. The location of the pod was really pleasant, next to fields full of sheep and apple trees. I had a great time and would definitely return.

Discovered this hidden gem in 2019 and stayed here 6 times since and already looking forward to my next visit in autumn! Stayed in both the glamping pods and on the camping pitch too. Beautiful location. Very peaceful but also close to the lovely Street and Glastonbury town centre. The owners will go above and beyond to make your stay extra special. The glamping pods are beautiful. Comfy beds and everything you could ever need. Would highly recommend this place!

2nd time staying here, couldn't recommend enough! Such a lovely place hosted by equally lovely couple Kathy & Steve. Complementary welcome hamper was amazing. Don't forget to look up in the evening a night sky so dark you can see the milkyway. Thanks both see you next year. 😃
