Excellent service from start to finish. From letting me view a car without an appointment, to booking a cosmetic repair for no increase in price. Their policy is to send cars out with 6 months MOT minimum, the car I was purchasing had 5 months and 20 days so they put a full year on it at, again, no extra charge. Fully reccomend.

Bought a 10-year old high mileage Land Rover Freelander 2 HSE from Orchard. Nice guys, decent sales service. Car was in immaculate condition but zero paperwork or service history aside from a PDF with dates - no other information supplied. They agreed to drop the price in case that the cambelt needed replacing by £200 (it did need replacing but for way more money!). Turns out the car also needed a new rear differential, to the cost of £1200+VAT. Quite a major job - had I known I wouldn't have paid as much for the car. So my advice, is 100% get the car checked by a garage or someone knowledgeable if you are concerned about condition, and any costs post-purchase. These guys clearly aren’t selling mint cars, more like cheap auction cars that need work, so be wary and take a mechanic with you to inspect. 2/5
