Not being abroad for several years due to personal reasons and on speaking about holidays to our friends he suggested try a company called “Orbzii”A travel company I had little knowledge of but on his recommendation decided to see if they could be of assistance. Being one of the “older brigade” I am more used to talkIng on the phone than trawling the internet so I rang the company and spoke to a very nice gentleman called Stephen. He understood our position and said he could help I explained where and when we wanted to go, type of hotel,half board that was it, The next day we we’re offered the flight accommodation and a full service in luggage transfer, of course the service had to be paid for on top of the holiday but its what we asked for. We honestly couldn’t believe how fast he sorted for us. At 4pm on the day of departure our cases were put by our front doors Chauffer from Emirates loaded them into his car and we were away no hassle of booking car parks getting there on time nothing.Unbelievable on our arrival a gentleman with a luggage trolley was waiting for us loaded our.cases and into the airport. We went strait to the front at check in and our cases were lifted onto the conveyor belt and away. We then went express security to the front and with very little trouble through and on our way to the lounge for tea. Even our hand luggage was carried for us. An overnight flight to Dubai and on exiting the plane a lady and porter we’re waiting. Showing them what our cases looked liked ( larger version of hand luggage) the quickly found them and we were off to immigration. They appear to have some sort of barcode on there phones that allows us preferential treatment. A car was again waiting and off we went to our hotel, the only time we touched our cases was to unpack. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the sea perfect for a night time “nightcap”. The punctuality was exemplary. The return journey was exactly the same. In many many years I have never heard of this service and what a difference it made to our holiday. Well worth every penny.
