Does not pay on time costs you £21 for the privilege to get your money and will not cover costs incurred with there own failures to pay on time avoide at all costs solicitor contacted as they cost me £75 with there incompetence Update in response to owner, thanks for the reminder and as I'm sure your aware if I win the case you also cover the costs but your smart enough to know that right?

Worst payroll company out there, stay well clear. I was contracted as CIS payment and they put me through umbrella company out of their own initiative and deducted in excess of 45% of pay. After things were clarified with them from myself and the agency they refused to pay the difference even though it's their mistake. The agency director had to get involved to get anywhere with them. Their average review precedes them. Stay well clear.

My experience of this company has been nothing but positive. Always paid on time and any queries have been dealt with promptly. On the two or three occasions I've called the office, the staff were always polite and very helpful. I would use Orbital again without a doubt.

Its not often I write reviews but as someone that uses Orbital to pay temps I have never experienced such a poor service with any company I have ever used before! We are on week 5 now of our temps being paid incorrectly but after reporting these problems Orbital never accept any resolution or provide a solution to the problems Our temps are spoken to like dirt when they try and rectify problems themselves They miss temps off payroll They underpay the temps They over pay the temps Multiple problems weekly that we have to rectify as the company wont accept responsibility for their errors We are in the process of moving payroll companies as we cant take it anymore!
