AMAZING SERVICE. couldn’t rate them high enough. If ever anyone has an air source heat pump (in particular a Mitsubishi ecodan) then use orbital! I had never found a company before who could service or repair them but Orbital definitely can. Something quite complex went wrong on mine (twice) and Jack and crew diagnosed and fixed it. I am very pleased with the service, from the moment I fired an email trying to get some sort of quote and expected timeframes-till the installation and delivery of the service. Very nice people, friendly professional and the installation in terms of technique was up to the standards.
