Chris took me up on the offer of a free portrait shot for his business to share locally. on arrival I asked if he'd be able to resize my wedding ring. We ended up combining the photoshoot with a behind the scenes documentary taking photos of the various stages and the end result was one extremely happy customer. I've wanted to get my wedding ring resized for over a year and through chance came across Chris who works locally and now of I ever need any jewellery looking at, I know where to come.

Absolutely outstanding service. Went into the shop yesterday for advice on what to do with a tension set engagement ring that kept losing the diamond. Was given some very helpful advice by the owner Chris, on how the ring could be fixed and left it with him who explained it could be a week, which was fine. Received a call today from Chris explaining it was ready for collection, less than 24hrs since I placed it into their care. Over the moon with how it looks, an outstanding job has been done and would highly recommend the store and workmanship. Thank you so very much, one very happy customer. Xx

Visited Orbits over the last 48hrs, Chris the owner is exceptionally welcoming and knows his stuff. I am not the easiest person to deal with as always expecting a bargain. He altered my wife's platinum and diamond ring also cleaned and polished, altered a SOS bracelet and polished her wedding ring. WITHIN 24hrs and Excellent value for work done. Highly recommend 5+++++ thank you Chris.
