    After driving 40miles and bringing my quad bike to Raj so I can get the correct parts, I was still sold WRONG parts which don't fit my quad bike. Then when I called for a refund I was intimidated by Julie and Rachel. I asked for a data access request so I could make a formal complaint and was denied one. by the end of the call, I was told by Rachel that Orange imports will pay for me to post the items back. Two days later Ive tried to get the postage stamp and big man Alex has said I won't get a refund and threatened me not to come close to his shop. This is unacceptable and proffessional 1. Selling customers wrong parts, knowing they've travelled a good distance 2. Refusing a refund an item, when it is The companies fault that customer needs a refund 3. Intimidating, provoking and threatening customers
