Extremely unprofessional. I have tried to book an appointment for a check up and dental hygiene. When I have asked questions about why the initial consultation is slotted at 45 minutes (when not having any dental problems at all and being to very professional dentists in Germany at before) the admin team got nasty. They have just stated that they’re fully booked now 😂 if patients asking questions what you are doing and you are already getting uncomfortable then I don’t want to know how you are working. Extremely unprofessional and not to be recommended. Maybe the dentists should have some talks with their admin team. By the sounds of it they do a terrible job.

I am so happy and pleased with the care and treatment I received from Steven recently. From the start of my journey he was patient, thoughtful and explained everything in detail which put my mind at ease. The day of my treatment couldn't have gone better, I arrived anxious and apprehensive about having implants and fixed bridges but left later that day with a new set of teeth and a very wide and happy smile. I have had no discomfort and so glad that I took the step necessary to restore my confidence. So pleased that I was recommended to visit him. Thank you :-) Andrew

Terrible experience I am astonished by the care and unprofessional behaviour by Steven. I visited him back in December 2021 and we went trough what my dental problem is. We agreed he would send me some information about what my condition is and also that he would refer me to an orthodontist as he doesn’t have that expertise in house. I waited a couple of weeks to hear from him and assumed as it was Christmas break it was the reason why he had not contacted me. As I did not hear from him, I sent him an email no response, I called him and left a message no response, I called again and spoke to a lady that works there who assured me she would pass on the message, no response. I called once again and Steven picked up and I spoke to him and he was apologetic and assure me he would send what he had promised. He sent some cut and paste information to me and I heard nothing more. I sent him an email to ask if he did the referral and there was no response. I called once again and a guy who works there picked up who I had met the first time when I visited and he remembered who I was. I explained to him I was expecting Steven to contact me or to give me the details of the referral. He said Steven was unavailable, I explained to him further how many times I had email and called to which he said ok hold on let me check. Steven was in there and I could hear clearly what he told this guy, laughing along with him a female voice in the background he said “we are a dentist not social services”. It felt it was done on purpose so that I would hear this on the phone. I would like to tell Steven I certainly don’t think you are social services and definitely your consultation price £200+ is not a social service price. You should be thankful I haven’t told my husband. Whatever your reason is for treating me this way after you know my husbands family and you were refer to me by them. Whatever your problem is, it was inappropriate and your comment completely out of place. Your guy assistant said you would called as he could do nothing from his desk. I still gave you a few days and the opportunity to put it right and still no phone call. Enjoy your dinner with my social service fee you charged me.
