I was referred through the NHS for an upper wisdom tooth and lower broken tooth extraction at Smile Kind in boscombe. I was totally impressed with the service I received from both the receptionist and the surgery team. Very impressed with how comforting and professional Chloe was at removing the teeth, especially after a bad experience a couple of years ago at a different dental practice. I can highly recommend this company and staff. Thankyou.

So, earlier this year my partner was referred here to have a wisdom tooth removed, this happened on a Saturday and by Monday morning she was in severe pain and woke up sweating. I phoned the surgery and the lady called my partner back. After explaining her symptoms the practise manager said 'it sounds perfectly normal' so being they are the professionals she took more pain control. By Tuesday she was in more pain and we spoke to our own dentists who arranged an appointment for Wednesday morning and said they could give her antibiotics (well well!) as it could be an infection. However by 1am Wednesday morning I phoned 999 and was told to bring her straight into A&E, she was rushed straight into Majors and the nursing staff were shocked as she had a severe infection across her jaw, cheek and neck. Anyway to cut a long distressing story short, she was transferred to Poole hospital for surgery the next day which involved a drip being installed in her neck, the surgeons were surprised antibiotics were not given and why it was done on a Saturday and if it was left a day longer and she could of had sepsis. Anyhoo, she survived and still to this day has sensitivity across her cheek and Oral Surgery says they have done nothing wrong despite the poor medical advise given on the Monday. So, a word to the wise, if you have a wisdom tooth out and suffer pain, don't call the Oral Surgery, go straight to your own dentist or A&E or actually anyone else.

The most nicest dentist I have ever been too. Was reffered by my own dentist too have a tooth extraction because my dentist hurt me when doing it. So a year later I get an appointment at oral surgery. As nervous as I was I phoned to see if I could get in any earlier as I was in so much pain and my appointment wasn't for 3 more days. They told me they could see me that day 3 hours later than when I phoned. Being in agony on this particular day I got sent home from work and I went to the dentist over half an hour early because of the amount of pain I was in and I am so grateful to say I didn't even sit down they took one look at me and got me in the treatment room and within seconds I was out of pain from the Injections. I was so nervous but the dentist and the assistant made me feel so calm talking and joking and the next thing I knew the dentist had my tooth in the pliers I did not feel a thing. So clean and professional and just generally really nice and caring people. I am on the mend and pain free and couldn't be happier. Thank you
