    My regular dentist at this clinic is very pleasant, caring and professional, however! I went for an extraction once after the lock down and was sent to someone else downstairs which turned out to be one of the worst experiences. She shoved the needle into my gums so aggressively I could feel it for another week! In the process of administrating the local anaesthetic, she spilled quite a lot of it all over my tongue (no surprise considering how much she rushed it) which dripped to my throat making me gag, so I rinsed my mouth and spat it out to the little sink as I'd usually do with my regular dentist. Apparently this was a huge mistake, because she literally YELLED at me for doing so, as it's a covid contamination risk (something I should have been warned about before hand, not after the fact in such a rude manner). Then she proceeds to extract the tooth so aggressively (again), at one point I thought she'll dislocate my jaw! Everything seemed so rushed and unwelcoming, like she's there as a punishment or something.

    How its possible you’re patient but never ever got chance when you need it for the private appointment with them on the same day or day afterwards??Waiting for the private appointment for 1 week with very painful toothache and finally on the day the young “dentist” just would to drill and clean the area but ask to find other dentist to make the filling because he rush(!) and no time to do it!!What a joke!!Since this young dentist started working there its just bad experience!He has to learn more and listen who is paying for private treatments because in pain for bloody 1 week.Never ever going back

    If I could give 0 I would. I have had a really bad experience here with getting dentures made. There are so many issues and false information given to me but I’ll relay it all. The first time I went for the final fitting I told the dentist that it was hurting whilst he was pushing them in, I was writhing in pain yet he told me to wait and forcefully shoved them in leaving me to yelp in pain. I was in tears, I asked him why he did that when they clearly were not fitting he claimed I just had to get used to them. I asked him to take them out to which I then had to go through the same excruciating pain for him to get them out. I was left with a bleeding sore in my mouth. After this, I requested flexi dentures which he eventually agreed. These fit better, but when I saw them they did NOT appear to be flexi dentures at all. It’s in the name, ‘flexi’ they’re supposed to bend slightly but these were stuff like acrylic dentures. Also, the teeth were showing through the gum edge which is a clear sign they’re badly made, they look fake. I tried to tell him this and he sent ten minutes dismissing me and dominating the conversation to the point I had to back down. The next thing, he gave me false information about how to clean my dentures. He said ‘just rinse them under the tap each night it’ll be fine.’ I asked so I never have to clean them with anything?’ Then he said steradent every 10 days. Firstly, just rinsing dentures each night after food gets on/in them is completely unhygienic! I have since found out that you are NOT supposed to use steradent on flexi dentures, as they are made of nylon and steradent will leave them to stain! Subsequently, after just 2 months of having them tiny holes are appearing in the teeth, brown marks, and jagged edges. I’m still unsure if they’re even flexi dentures, the receptionist today told me they’re ‘acrylic flexi’ THERES NO SUCH THING! Flexi dentures are nylon, regular dentures are acrylic. I emailed them back in July to which I was told a manager will be in touch. It’s November, and I’ve had no answer. I am currently waiting for a call back as I would like a full refund! Dont go here for dentures, I spent £750 on a service where I was dominated by an obnoxious man, given false information which encroaches on health and hygiene standards and given dentures which are terrible quality.

    Like many the dentist isn’t one of my favourite places, but I’ve been going to Oradent for many years. I stared off with white knuckle and dreading every second. The dentist I see Hamid is so reassuring and gentle all my fears have gone. He’s looked after me so well that I now go in as happy a Larry! I definitely recommend this practice
