Last minute work booking. It’s quirky! The reception staff can’t do enough for you. There’s lots of stairs so brace yourself. Rooms were clean, a little dated but comfortable beds.

This place wasn't as what it showed in the pictures but otherwise not as bad as what the reviews say .The man on the desk was really friendly carried our suitcase to our room loads of stairs so he said we can go on ground floor if we want so that's what we did much easier the room was clean bath towels smelt nice shower was nice only stayed for one night bit over priced really with no breakfast but enjoyed our stay here .

Rooms: - Mine (located about 3-4 floors up with no lift) was nothing like the pictures indicate. Absolutely tiny, unclean, very thin walls (I could hear snoring pretty much all night). -I slept on a very uncomfortable single bed which seemed to be at an angle so I got very little sleep. - Wifi was unusable, with only a slight connection available in about a square foot at the other end of the room.

By nature, reviews have a subjective element. However, I'll try my best to objectively describe why I would recommend that you not consider staying here: 1. The room we had did not look like the photos in the posting. Below, please find photos of the room which can be compared to the photos posted by the hotel. Notice that the room looks nothing like the photos in the posting. The room we were assigned looked like an unkempt college dorm room. 2. Bed linden was ripped- below, please see photos showing tears in the bed linden. 3. Stains on pillows. While I believe my guess of what caused the stain on the pillow in the room is probably correct, I'll let you see the giant yellow stain on the pillow and make your own determination. Subjectively, this hotel is not what it pretends to be through its listing and should be avoided. We made the decision to leave the hotel, knowing that we would not get a refund, and pay for a room at another hotel. Please do not make the same mistake. Walkability: Although the conditions of the room barely qualify as a one star, the location is great

I just walked into this hotel at 3am. Front door wide open. No one on reception. I walked into the corridors knocking on random doors. No security at any point. Walked around for five minutes banging on doors. Turns out after twelve minutes I realised this is not my hotel. I have children and if I knew they were staying here I would be terrified. Avoid this place like the plague!

Booked single room for two nights from 4 to 6 December 2022. There was no TV in room and there was no refrigerator as promised in the reservation. Only two lights worked in the room which was dirty. A threadbare sheet covered the most disgusting mattress I have ever seen which was covered in blood, urine and facies stains. Receptionist could not offer a better room with the advertised facilities.
