We would 100% Opulence By Storeybook Cakes. Lorien was amazing at bringing our vision to life and communicated with us every step of the way. The attention to detail was outstanding especially with the sugar flowers replicating the flowers used throughout the wedding. We had carrot cake, lemon & elderflower, chocolate & caramel and boozy fruit. Each cake was amazing with the guests looking for seconds. Lorien is so professional with the service that she provides but yet she’s so personal and approachable at the same time. We went to our initial meeting with an idea and Lorien really did make it a dream come true. Nothing was too much trouble, Lorien sourced the cake surround that we wanted and worked so well with the florist to make everything perfect. On the morning of our wedding Lorien delivered and set up our cake as we had arranged without us having to do anything, which really did take away a worry. She met with the florist as planned and it looked incredible. We received so many compliments about how the cake looked, everyone was amazed. But not only did it look good, it tasted just as good too!! The cake samples that we received were all so delicious which made choosing our 3 flavours even harder! (We chose lemon, classic vanilla and chocolate) I cannot speak highly enough of Storeybook Cakes and I really would recommend Lorien to anyone!! We will be forever grateful, Mr & Mrs Myers x

We cannot recommend Opulence by Storeybook Cakes enough. Lorien was amazing from first meeting her at a wedding fayre up to the day, she went above and beyond in accommodating us having to move our date three times due to covid and even went over her normal amount of cakes to make sure she could still make ours. Communication was professional and friendly, and nothing was ever too much. The cake itself was beyond what we imagined and I almost didn't want to eat it (I say almost because I knew how delicious it was going to be and definitely couldn't resist that!!). Our guests commented all day how amazing it looked and tasted and we could only agree. We would recommend her with no question to anyone thinking of booking her, the talent and skill she has is second to none. We just need another wedding now to have some more. Thank you Lorien for bringing our vision to life and beyond.

Wow what can I say about our wedding cake…it was absolutely stunning and even more than I imagined it to be! Lorien was so professional from start to finish and her help and advice was so greatly appreciated. Our tasting box was hand delivered and included some wildcard flavours that we hadn’t picked but actually ended up choosing one of them! We had Oreo cookies & cream, carrot, sticky toffee and lemon & elderflower and each tier was as delicious as the next. Not only did it taste amazing, it looked stunning as well. Lorien also provided help with our cake stand and liaised with our florist who was providing fresh flowers as a cascade. I would highly recommend Lorien - thank you so much for our beautiful wedding cake!

We booked storeybook for our wedding back in 2020, for the 4th June 2022. I knew of a couple of friend who booked storeybook for their weddings and we was not disappointed, the sample box was stunningly beautiful! We knew had to book storeyboom because she gets booked pretty quickly but it was so worth it and you can quite clearly see why she gets booked so quickly. Everything about our cake was beautiful from the way it looked to the taste. We had a rose gold themed wedding and I have a few ideas for our cake, we had a zoom meeting and discussed what I'd like and did she come through for us! Our cake was absolutely stunning, all of our guests complimented on our cake not just the look and style but the taste aswel! We would 100% recommend storybook cakes to anyone who wants to have the perfect wedding cake!!

Wow, where do I start! The cake looked insane and was exactly what I had asked for, Lorien certainly has amazing attention to detail. Even more impressive were the flavours of this cake, we went with Lemon and Elderflower, Chocolate Caramel and Cherry Bakewell - Every single flavour was divine.
