If i could give no stars i would, disgrace of a company 1 of my terminals wont work the other will only connect via GPRS, this has been going on for weeks with numerous calls and emails to get these replaced still no further forward support is absolutely shocking

Issue with the verification process on our online terminal. We've been trying to sort the issue with Optomany for the past 6 months, but to no avail. We are losing huge amounts of money through bookings, plus staff time. No one seems to be taking responsibility or is able to follow up the problems and so we are still struggling. This is causing a lot of problems for our business now in terms of money and reputation.

Absolutely dreadful customer support. 'SUPPORT' - there is no support! still waiting for a response from the 01.01.22 emergency fix! Card machine not working, will be requesting a discount on our service charge! Do not recommend Optomany, go for another provider with better customer support. 😡🤬

I would leave zero stars if I could. Same as others my S800 has stopped working, this is my own business and January a busy month. I’m now a week without anyway of doing payments. I’ve emailed 10-15 times sat on phone on hold for a hour with no answer. Finally got someone to call back last Friday and promised me a new machine, still waiting near on a week later. They will reply to this with it’s a bug and the fix is bla blah but after trying the fix probably 20 times amd paying someone to do so instead of there normal duties we have given up. Not sure what my next move is probably cancel my DD to processing company then I’ll get a call from them and they can send a machine I guess. It’s a disgrace. Now a reply to contact the same team I’ve emailed over 10 times perhaps contact me? Or answer your phones.
