I was digging deep to find a frame for a very peculiar model, and was turned away by most specialists in London. However, Mark and the Optix team came to my aid in a matter of minutes.     EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & BEAUTIFUL GLASSES!!!! Honestly. from start to end the whole process was very enjoyable. Usually picking frames to suit my face shape can be very daunting and stressful for me, especially when there are many options to pick from - I can be very indecisive! I must have liked over 10 frames from the ones I tried on, but the advise and support I received from Mark was extremely helpful in making the final decision. WOW the options of glasses available... I have never gone to an opticians where I fall in love with so many frames, all very trendy and fashionable, something for everyone!!! I went in to purchase an everyday glasses for a new prescription and ended up ordering one transitional frame + everyday frame, because the options are so beautiful!!! They were old but I wanted them fixed because they had sentimental value. The staff took the time and trouble to find the specialist tool needed and fixed the glasses within a couple of hours rather than try to sell me another pair as they easily could have done. They were so friendly and so helpful. Mark and Irfan did such a good job. Strongly recommended.
