This agency promised me they had nurses waiting for accommodation . This was not true . They then placed pressure on me to reduce the rent by £200 pcm . They then took an additional £500 as a finders fee . I would NEVER recommend this agency . I would suggest you approach this agency with extreme caution .

Options has been managing a number of our properties for almost a decade. I have recommended a number of friends and family, who also have always been very impressed with their professional attitude. They are diligent in maintaining contact with both tenant and landlord. The tenants found to date have been very good, low turnover, which is a testament to their due diligence at the outset. They are quick to respond in unexpected situations (leaks/boiler break down etc), find the best and most cost efficient solutions to remedy the situation. In all honesty they look after your property as if it was their own. I would highly recommend Options Estate Agents
