Interpreters and clients stay away from this place. Haven’t paid me since Feb 2022, took them to court, She( Robina) delayed the process as much as she could and ultimately didn’t turn up for the hearing. See attached the county court judgement against Optimus Law. Haven’t paid me yet so had to go to high court and instruct bailiffs. She is Pretending to do charitable works and fundraising for poor people on social media , but doesn’t pay people that she owes money to. BTW 90% of positive feedbacks are left by google accounts that only have 1 feedback in their history and it’s just an attempt to outnumber the genuine negative feedbacks. As a professional who has worked inside this place I strongly advise you to avoid these people. Update: Bailiffs turned up, she asked them not to take any of her belongings and that she will pay the debt on instalments, this was agreed by me as a gesture of goodwill. I have now received correspondence from the bailiffs that she has failed to stick to the payment arrangements and they are trying to re-engage her.

Extremely unprofessional service. We scheduled an initial consultation appt with Robina Shah and paid an extra 50 pounds (200 pounds) in total to only have to wait more than 40 minutes for a no show. When we called for an explanation, we were given two completely different reasons. The entire experience was unpleasant and off putting to say the least. We now have to chase the firm for a refund. Highly recommend going elsewhere to avoid the extra hassle. We’ve read multiple negative reviews as well so save your time.

We have tried to contact the Solicitor Robina over a following case and hasn’t been able to for weeks. The assistants keep telling us she’ll contact us back and we haven’t heard from her yet. All our emails and phone calls are left with out reply. Very disappointing service.
