Please go to main dealer! I bought an rs3 from here after having no luck for a while finding the right spec rs3 from a main dealer. I have never used a third party dealer before however the reviews and amount of stock gave me trust in these guys. Just 8 days after getting it home after driving 350miles to get it the rear diff went as I was over taking on an A road. The car had covered just 27k miles so I didn’t think this would happen at all or at least not at this mileage. This is where the issues began. A new differential from Audi I was quoted 7k and I’ve come back and told them this and they couldn’t be less interested now they have my money only want to pay out 5k because of there terms and conditions apparently they have a maximum pay out on there warranty???? Not really a warranty then especially when I’ve not even driven the car 500 miles yet. Honestly I waited to write this review until this ordeal was over which is is basically now as it’s in the shop and they’ve payed 5k and I’ve had to pay 2k myself which is more than ridiculous but I honestly cannot be arsed for any of this anymore I will never use a third party dealer again it was a huge mistake not waiting for the right one form a main dealer. Next thing I’ll find out is that it’s been mileage blocked and it’s actually done double the mileage! Would explain the diff going so ealry on. Just avoid don’t be fooled by there stock or reviews of selling brand new cars which Obvsiouly aren’t going to break down. Their aftercare is non existent, rude and disgraceful after paying 40k+ for a car….

I just wanted to provide some feedback following my recent Aston Martin DB11 purchase. Firstly, I would like to thank John for his professional and efficient service throughout the process. He always came back to me very promptly which was very much appreciated. I would also like to thank Michael who was great in handing the car over and very professional. Sorry... now for the bad bits! The listing for the car stated it had Apple CarPlay preparation - which it does not. I am now having this fitted by Aston Martin Sevenoaks at a cost of £1,195 inc VAT and is a cost I did not expect to incur given the listing details. The quality of the interior valet was quite poor. After having been through the car myself over the weekend there was sand, dust & food remnants in all of the grooves of the leather particularly the door cards/centre console. The gloss black panels on the door cards were all sticky along the bottom. Finally, the two rear wheels were missing their valve caps which meant dirt had got in. I managed to get most of it out with an air compressor and have replaced the valve caps. The brakes are also incredibly squeaky on the vehicle and my detailer thinks it is due to grease/oil on the disc/pads. The pads and discs themselves look absolutely fine and not worn so I hope they just need a good clean. I assume this may have happened when the rear tyres were changed prior to delivery. I appreciate that this is a used car (I have bought many before!) but I still believe the above details are disappointing given the price point.

I have just purchased my second car from this company. The customer service at the point of sale and post sale during the warranty period has been excellent. They go above and beyond and communication is great. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. Both times both cars have felt like new when I received them and I’ve felt 100% confident that they have been throughly checked over by their mechanics. Couldn’t recommend enough. 5 stars not enough!
