I messaged Qasim late Thursday evening as I was having excruciating lower back pain and he replied very quickly and booked me an appointment for an assessment on Saturday morning. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He massaged my back, did acupuncture, stretched it and gave me a set of exercises to do. Not only did I receive treatment for the issue, Fas also also took the time to explain the causes of the issue as well as advice on what exercises to undertake to help avoid future re-occurrences. Great company with a great service. Very convenient in regards to location as they have a few. The booking app is straight forward offering reminders too. Most injuries were healed on the day, long term injuries requires regular visits. Qas is highly experienced and very calm in the way he addresses the situation, putting the patient at ease. A lot of people do think this sort of service does not work, and I was one of them. But now I have been visiting this place for 2 years and never ever had an issue, if anything i have seen results. I do believe that to get a feel of a proper treatment you have to follow the after care exercises at home or else you will keep injuring your self.
