I was lulled into a false sense of security full of empty promises and smiles and now I'm suffering from the consequences. My first treatment went well the staff are very polite and I was so relieved to have a pain free period I raved all over social media and recommended them to anyone and everyone. I was promised a holistic treatment for my whole body including, sleep therapy, group work, mental health support, physical treatments on several parts of my body, physiotherapy and so much more. However, after the first treatment it all started to go down hill - fast! I didn't feel listened to, my physio apts were extremely sporadic, I was told rather than wait on the NHS list for knee injections they could do it- they didn't, I was told not to wait for the FND therapist and to speak to one of theirs which I agreed to but that didn't happen, I was told my back could be treated but every time I asked about this I was passed pillow to post, my last treatment didn't work, I told them I was in more pain and had symptoms of nerve damage, I said I had lost confidence in them and didn't want to continue treatment with them to which I got the reply; I will ring you in January for a check up! Baring in mind the recovery says 2 weeks for this treatment and I'm over 2 months down the line feeling worse than before and they don't seem to give a damp, the aftercare when things don't go 100% is appalling and now I'm left at the point of feeling suicidal. I have sent an email complaint about all my concerns but I never received a response 😕 DON'T TAKE THE RISK FOR A QUICK APT! WAIT FOR THE NHS
