    I’ve attended Nikki’s Heat, Barre and Release classes. I started going to her classes having not exercised for well over a year. I was feeling out of shape and was very nervous about going. Nikki was SO welcoming and made me feel very at ease. She tailors her classes so that they are accessible for all levels of fitness - in my first class I was able to do all the exercises, I just took the easier option for my level. And I felt great at the end of it - I’d walked into the class thinking I’d be out of my depth, so I had a real sense of achievement at the end. Now that I’m a bit fitter, I’m able to push myself much further than I did in my first class. For many years I’ve had issues with lower back pain - Nikki adapts the exercises for me, and she’s been really kind with her support and advice for my problem. Nikki has a very holistic approach to women’s health and fitness - she’s got such wide ranging knowledge and I’ve learnt a lot from her. She’s also a very warm and empathetic instructor. I always leave her classes feeling good - both physically and mentally. I am so glad I found her classes - thank you Nikki!

I joined her fab Holistic Pelvic Floor class, which really helped me get to grips with my pelvic floor after a challenging birth a few years ago. The course addresses your life as a whole and really motivates you to make better choices. Plus, you come away feeling so good especially as there's a lovely bunch of women taking the class with you.
