I have done various types of training over the years, but her focus on my specific weaknesses and imbalances has been really beneficial. She has even managed to make me enjoy core work! I can see that Holly's style would also work very well for introducing people to weight and resistance training too. She is very encouraging, can push you without you realising, her sessions are well planned and always enjoyable. Training at home is not anything less than training in a gym, it's amazing what she can achieve. I really recommend her and would encourage someone to try a few sessions to see how she follows up on things.

I initially booked a consultation with Holly as I needed to lose my ‘baby weight’ that has creeped up on me since the birth of my second child, I have never really enjoyed the gym but needed motivation….this was the first time I had used a PT. Holly was very sensitive to this, very professional and so friendly. Any concerns I had disappeared as soon as we began the first session. Holly also created an exercise program so I could continue the work at home and would contact me in between sessions to see how I was doing. She would be happy to answer any questions I had at any time.
