Great service from James and the team. Fitted me in at short notice to Wall mount my OLED TV. Extremely professional, on time, great work ethic. Not only did they wall mount the TV, they actually installed my Soundbar and PS5 at the same time and set everything up for no extra charge. All the cable were hidden within the walls, and they cleaned and tidied any mess up afterwards - apart from the TV on the wall you couldn't tell they had been. We wanted a home entertainment set up with as little cable on show as possible in our new-build. James visited and listened to our wish list, and then returned to install ceiling and wall speakers, removing and re-fitting the skirting boards and setting up the system. He arrived on time, cleared up after himself and was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

We utilised Optimised AV for the creation of a cinema style room with projector and surround sound. Start to finish James was a pleasure to work with. He was hugely helpful and guided us throughout from what we needed, to what we should be considering, to what provided the best value. He was always professional and communication was excellent throughout. He was friendly and worked very well with our builders and electrician. He was also quick to offer advice on other aspects of our build that weren’t necessarily within his remit like the lighting within the room, which was very helpful. He was quick to spot things that could become a pain later down the line if not thought through properly in advance. On top of the main work he also completed various other bits of wiring and TV wall mounts around the house. All the work was completed to a very quality.
