  After years and years of wanting laser eye surgery and putting it off because I was so scared of the actual procedure I bit the bullet and booked a consultation online Arriving at the clinic it was spotlessly clean. Looked a professional clinic unlike others I had seen, Ian and the rest of the staff were superb from the start, reassuring me about my concerns about the procedure Dr Jan performed the surgery and can say I was delighted with him from the zoom meeting a few days before the op, again he put my mind at ease, on the day he was calming, reassuring and very professional, I could see the improvement in my vision instantly, 3 hours after surgery all my side effects had gone and I could see perfectly! On my follow up appt the next day I was delighted to learn my vision was now 20/20 less than 24 hours after surgery!!! The price of the treatment was very reasonable too I can’t recommend these guys enough, from first appointment, the procedure and after care appointments they have been 5 star!

  Where do I begin?.. I cannot thank the staff at Ultralase Liverpool enough for the confidence they gave me to proceed with laser eye surgery. From my first consultation through to surgery and aftercare appointments, everything was thoroughly explained and I was really looked after. Dr Jan Grzeszkowiak was amazing. He made me feel so at ease and he was reassuring through our video chat before surgery and on the day of the procedure. After surgery I was amazed how much my vision had changed. The staff explained all my after care and arranged an appointment for the following day. When I retuned the next day, my eyes were checked over and I had an eye test. To be told I have 20-20 vision was unbelievable. I am still using my eye drops as it has only been 4 days since surgery and my sight is fantastic. I really am so appreciative of they way I was looked after by all of the staff. I wish I had done this years ago

  Awful awful .. this place has ruined my life .. at the consultation the man told me only to get one eye done as I wouldn’t be anole to read .. the surgeon told me on the day he was doing 2 eyes .. now I need constant glasses .. I can’t read .. my depression is at a all time low after borrowing money for my eyes to be 80% worse ..

  Went for my laser eye surgery (LASEK) on 29th September. I was told what to expect from day 1 of my consultation, from the point of my consultation right the way through to my after care appointments the staff have been nothing but super friendly and so professional. Had my surgery done by Dr. Ayoubi - I was so happy when i was told this was my surgeon carrying out my procedure as all the review's were amazing! He was soo good and re-assuring at all times during the procedure and before i knew it i was done!! I had an appointment a week later and then another one on 13/11/21 to be told my vision is better than 20/20!! couldn't be any happier. Thank you to all the staff for making me so comfortable with any questions I had and no pressure what so ever. I have never been so happy to see without glasses!!! Big thank you to all all at Liverpool and Dr. Ayoubi.

  Actually not even sure where to start - Life changing!. I've wanted to be glasses and contact lens free since I was 15 now finally at almost 33 I've been able to make this dream come true with the expert help of ultralase/Optimax. I wasn't able to have laser surgery due to my cornea being thin so opted for ICL surgery. I started the journey with an appointment just after Christmas and I'm now writing this less than three months later with no glasses or contact lenses. I was transferred from Manchester to Liverpool ultralase and they treated me from there. I have to say Gaynor and Ian (pretty sure he was called Ian) were fantastic and really helped me. You can feel quite vulnerable when your unable to wear glasses and have just had this procedure done especially at the moment with covid restrictions stopping you having someone with you at each appointment, but they really put me at ease. But I have to say every single member of staff at the Manchester and Liverpool branch have been so lovely and friendly. Also I need to mention the amazing Dr Illango. He really is a superhero. He is such a nice man and makes you feel at ease when you first meet him. When you’re going to have to lie still and trust someone to complete a procedure like this, it is so important that you feel trust with your surgeon. The first eye was a lot less traumatic than I had built it up to be. The second eye I did feel more but I think maybe I had underplayed it to myself after the first eye. I can honestly say that it’s so quick and not painful I think it’s more shock that you feel when you have the procedure done. I have been to a couple of appointments since to have my eyes checked and my left eye is now able to see the line just above 20 20 vision and my right eye can now read below 20 20 vision. My only advice would be to maybe be brave and have them done at the same time as the hardest thing for me was the week in-between with just one working eye. I never really asked what my eye would look like straight after. It looks a little sore for half an hour but by the time I got home from Liverpool to Manchester my eye was no longer even blood shot. I've kept up with all the drops and followed all guidance and I can honestly say my eyes feel healthier as well as being glasses free. It is quite expensive although I was quoted over 30% more at another company over 5 years ago so it is the cheapest place I've seen. But I can honestly say when you see the expertise that goes into this surgery and how much care and effort each member of staff makes you can clearly see how the cost is that price. It’s been worth every penny and if it’s the one thing I treat myself too in my lifetime it was the best thing I could have ever done. It has such a positive impact on my mental health and overall happiness. Thank you so much to Ultralase and all the staff at Liverpool you have been amazing. Thank You

  I had derma fillers at Bold Street Clinic.I was amazed by the results .. more like a facelift and a painless one. at that !!! Mr Paul and his colleague Julie were brilliant ..professional friendly and reassuring. The results achieved by the phenominal skills of Mr Paul were way beyond my expectations . I had been to various places in the past for derma fillers and been disappointed took me a while to find but would highly recommend going there. I will never go anywhere else for sure.

  Our son had Lasek treatment at Ultralase which is located 2 minutes from the Birkenhead tunnel and close to the Royal Liver building. Our son was obviously nervous but had made the decision to go ahead with the surgery as he didn't want to wear glasses.Everything was explained in detail about the procedure he was about to have and at no time did he feel pressured into making a decision he didn't want to make.The procedure itself only took about 10 minutes and was painless.The aftercare he received has been excellent.On each visit we as parents have sat and listened to the surgeon and aftercare team and the service really has been 5*.The difference in our sons eyesight had been unbelievable and he now feels much more confident now he doesn't have to wear glasses.Here is my update 6 months after surgery. Everything is good and he has had no issues at all.This surgery really has made a big impact on his life.If you enjoyed reading my review and looking at my photos then don't forget to like them.
