You will delay your time interacting with optimal Solicitors. My paper work had been sent to a solicitor which could not take the case. When you call for an update I figure they had forgotten about my case completely. I called everyday for a week, each time no new information I gave up in the end and no one ever called as they said they would. Complete waste of time would not recommend.
