Had a fantastic physio experience with Rares at OPT, at the time I was training for a marathon and went to receive a sports massage during one of my taper weeks and also post race. Rares provided a great personalised service to make sure I could perform to my highest standards at my race. Both treatments worked really well as part of my training and in preventing any injuries occurring. Will definitely be visiting again.

I had been suffering with right shoulder pain and mobility issues which was limiting any sort of progression at the gym and impacting my sleep on a daily basis. PT recommended, Rares was very thorough in his initial assessment and took the necessary time to get a correct diagnosis in order to optimise the treatment. His massage techniques have been really effective and he also structured a tailored program of app-based home exercises to maintain progression between working sessions, keeping me accountable to my recovery. Sports massage is definitely not relaxing! Requires trust and I fully trust Rares. Very professional and courteous. Shoulder now recovered, PBs in the gym and continue to get sports massage from him for ongoing maintenance. Great coffee too :) thanks Rares
