Absulatly disgusting place should close down immediately, no hand washing facility, sink full of dirt probably not clean for ages, doors ,windows and floors need cleaning. Doors need immediate painting, even optician agree with me this practice is in shamble, spreading viruses to general public.ðŸ˜

I took a work experience at Optieye and was very happy with the overall support and advice I have received from optometrist working there. The optometrist works hard to achieve the best possible outcome for both glasses and contact lenses. The staff was friendly and gave high level of service. The owner Zahida couldn't have been more helpful. 5 star service!

Got a phone call to make an appointment for a Glaucoma test. So it got booked. Then they phoned to cancel. Then I get a further appointment to book again by Hazel. Of which someone else was telling her word for word on what to say to me. Which I thought was very unprofessional. It was booked for Wednesday 3rd July at 1.30pm. The next week or so Thursday 20th June at 2pm they rang to cancel that appointment but wanted to re-arrange for another time? I said well don't bother Hazel! She said that she wasn't Hazel. Well she sounded exactly like her. So I said again well don't bother then! And left it like that! Until......... I just received a phone call Monday 1st July at around 12.50pm to confirm my appointment this Wednesday at 1.10pm. I tried telling this lady that someone there had already phoned me to cancel. But she was so adamant that no-one had! So if my husband can get the time off work again? Then I will go. And I'm hoping that I receive a full apology, but I don't hold my breath!
