Nice place and layout, shame about the receptionist, absolutely disgusting behaviour and attitude, she needs to be educated, I will never step foot in that place and will tell everyone else i know to stay away!! Sort your life out, it doesn’t cost or hurt to be nice!!

The receptionist needs to be taught a few lessons on manners! So rude and unprofessional it makes me wonder how she even got the job in the first place! So horrible and she lacks customer service skills. Made me experience much worse at Opticare, however the guy that saw me was so lovely! He was great. They need to do something about her though, it’s just unacceptable.
