    I had Lasik surgery at the Bridgewater Clinic in Manchester, referred through Optical Express Shrewsbury. Both places were very efficient and helpful and the staff were very friendly and professional. All options were explained fully and all possible side effects were covered but I did feel a little bit of a "hard sell" to have lens replacement even though I explained that my budget didn't stretch that far and I didn't want to take a finance agreement. Overall a good service and follow up checks made sure my eyes were functioning slightly better than expected so I am very pleased with the result.

    I arrived for my 11 am appointment and was greeted by Kirstie the Patient advisor. Kirstie took some details and explained very clearly what would happen during my appointment, she was very polite and I felt very at ease as she conducted some eye tests. Once happy Kirstie reffered me to Emma the Optometrist. Emma took some more details and asked questions about any previous eye problems before starting complex testing of my eyes. Very Proffesional polite and charming, Emma explained each test to me and I felt very comfortable with her. The whole experience of my appointment was pleasant and the staff are clearly well above their game and highly proffesional in excecuting their respective duties. I would highly reccomend OpticalExpress Shrewsbury to anyone requiring Eye surgery.
