Great service - My boiler broke overnight, leaving me without hot water or central heating. I called and was able to get something to come out within a few hours. The fix took 10min, and as I had a service booked for a week later, the engineer did that whilst he was onsite. This company has continued to offer great service over the years I have been using them.

My parents paid Safegas on a monthly basis for boiler repairs and annual servicing for many years. Unfortunately they both passed away in summer and I had to cancel the contract as their banks account were frozen. I called to see if they could service the boiler before the house was sold and thought consideration of payments made for the last 8 months would be taken into account. Was told that this was not the case as contract was cancelled and I would need to pay in full. Not the service I would expect from a local company and in extremely difficult circumstances. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Carol Kitson I called Safegas to come and get my boiler working and they came the same day and contacted Safegas to order the correct parts and I was given a quote but I got confused and told my husband the pump had gone and other parts when it was the fan and flow pipe plus parts required. I sincerely apologise it was my fault and the review he put on was wrong and the company engineer was extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend Safegas Wetherby to everybody who asks.
