Was left with no curtains on the hottest week of the year and was ignored on all 3 requests when I asked for them facing the main walkway left with zero privacy. I extended my stay by 4 days due to work and the rate was doubled without my consent and money taken from my account again without my consent and was over charged by a day and paying double what I originally paid and what every other customer on the site was paying. I challenged this and was ignored by the managers. I took it to the company and was offered £50 for inconvenience when I was over charged £84 to begin with. Weeks I have tried to get some sort of reason from them and am ignored honestly disgusting customer service. Was not looking for any compensation just what I was owed to pay the same as I originally did and same as every other guest. Shocking management on site and in the office. Still left out of pocket and ripped off
