I can’t believe I was expected to sign in with my public persona to leave a review of this service ! That just about sums up how unenlightened this mob are. My counsellor today was 30 years my junior and ill equipped to deal with someone with 30 years more life experience. A joke. Last time I tried this service both my consultants obviously had food addictions and I didn’t feel they were in a position to advice me on my addictions. I honestly had hoped it was a glitch last time. But no. It seems it’s just how Open Road is. On both occasions I’ve first contacted them they’ve told me I’ll have to wait a few weeks before they can register me, by which time I’ve relapsed. Hopeless
