    We acquired new tills a few years ago through Open Retail Solutions for our garden centre. Since then the tills and Open Xpos system has really helped to grow the business. Adding products, promotions is really really easy. Creating shelf edge labels in the shop or barcoded sticky labels for plants was all set up for us and works brilliantly. This basically means products can be zapped in using the barcodes, super quick on a busy day! The back office allows you to pull reports quickly so can see the performance of our suppliers. Great for when doing preseasons orders or deciding if something is working for or not. The new online dashboard is great for looking at how well your doing at any time of the day. Their biggest attribute is customer service. They always have somebody at the end of the phone to help whether itโ€™s developing the system further or if there is a technical problem.
