I really can't recommend working with Open House enough. The case studies we wanted creating where slightly complex with a fair few moving parts (multiple stakeholders/ locations etc). Dan really understood our brief and worked closely with us to achieve our brief. During filming all of our stakeholders were made to feel comfortable and they all mentioned how much they enjoyed the process.
