She was exceptionally friendly and all the way through to the successful purchase of the house promptly kept me in touch with progress. I also had the opportunity to see Michelle's expertise from the other side when I needed to sell my house - and I didn't hesitate to employ her to be my agent. Michelle showed us a couple of flats in Horsham over 3yrs ago and sold us our first flat. Her service impressed us so much that we returned to her last year to use her services and unbeatable rate to sell the very same flat and to buy a house. We were gobsmacked that she immediately had a buyer for our flat it was more difficult to find a house. Communication was always very easy via txt, chat, email or quick call and she is always ready to help any time of the day. While shopping around for a house we also got to experience other big chain estate agents but they all turned out to lack customer care, professionalism and in particular knowledge (all about the commission and not about the client). Michelle is fab because her priority is to make sure that her clients are happy, a constant flow of communication (updates/feedback) and to give them support any time of day and she is very knowledgeable about nearly anything. We can highly recommend Michelle from Open House. I saved Michelle in my contact lists because we will be back for future purchase / sales.

We have used Michelle on several occasions now for both buying and selling and on both occasions have been extremely impressed with the proactive service provided. We recently moved at the height of the stamp duty holiday which did have it's teething problems, however Michelle was more than happy to pick up the phone no matter what the time of day. Michelle's rates are also very competitive compared to other high street agents and do not believe you'd notice the difference in service. Highly recommended.

We also loved the fact that it was always the same person who carried out the viewings (as we felt that Michelle really knew the property and could respond professionally to most queries).
