Ivona's treatments are a balm for the body and soul. The setting of her studio is peaceful and relaxing, a retreat from the hustle of the city and everyday life. I tried the foot and facial reflexology, as well as facial cupping, and was completely blissed out every time, feeling noticeably relaxed when I came out (usually falling asleep a few minutes into the treatment!) and even felt that my skin was re-plumped and revived after the facial treatments (the cupping is very gentle and leaves no marks). Ivona's manner is very welcoming and open, and makes you feel comfortable and deserving of some "me-time". I highly recommend paying her a visit.

I had a facial cupping treatment recently at the Opal Reflexology. The name of the treatment doesn’t necessarily reflect how pleasant and relaxing this experience was. My skin was left feeling rejuvenated. It felt silky smooth to touch and looked radiant for days after the treatment. It really made me realise the benefits this treatment would offer on regular basis. The treatment room felt like a mini sanctuary as it is situated in a beautiful garden setting. The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing thanks to Ivona’s welcoming and calming approach. I highly recommend Opal Reflexology!

I had both the Foot and Facial reflexology - it was the first time I've tried reflexology and was such a relaxing experience, I felt very relaxed afterwards and have since felt a lot more balanced as a whole. I didn't know too much about the treatment in advance but Ivona explained what to expect, I also enjoyed the treatment room - it felt like an oasis of calm in South East London! Looking forward to booking in for my next treatment :)
