Jim painted the masonry on the outside of the house and 'sadolined' the windows. For both tasks he prepared well, removing any flaky paint and mending cracks etc. He was extremely careful so there was virtually no paint splatter and he cleared up completely. He used dust sheets to ensure that no paint was left on the patio. He worked on his own so the job took around three weeks but I believe he can call on others if time is critical. The completed work looks very good. The cost was comparable to work done by other contractors on nearby houses. He was recommended to me and I am happy to recommend him.
