Bought some gantry plates to fit some 20x 80 v slot. Plates needed to be modified and the holes bored out larger as did not fit! Also the screws are cheap and the Allen heads round of. Cheap Chinese parts. Be aware!!! Also no phone line for help so a bit useless really. Call me old fashioned but I like to speak to a company!!!?

Avoid!!! No Help!!! I purchased a 1500x1500 machine and aspire software, so 3500£ for all. No help from stuff, i mean no one available on the live chat for over 2hours. I don’t know who is running this company but you need to look after your stuff to make sure they are doing their job properly, you will sell much more. Guys if you are new into cnc then buy somewhere else, you won’t get much help from ooziest stuff. Hope this help someone to avoid stress and problems.

Super impressed! Great price, well packaged and next day delivery. Ordered Sunday night delivered Tuesday morning! Destined to a maker tape is a nice touch! The only gripe I have is that during the ordering process I saw that you are literally up the road from me and I would of loved to have been able to collect my order and meet the team that made it happen. I'm a big supporter of local business when it comes to 3d printing. I will always try and seek local. Keep up the good work I guarantee I will be back, hopefully to collect next time!

Impossible to contact for support. Equipment is ok but after few jobs run in to huge difficulty in connecting to the computer via wifi. Need to restart very often to get it connected. As mentioned before, impossible to contact with. They use excuse no 1 - Covid.

i am very new to 3D printing and will only be using it as a hobby/very small business. I was googling places to buy filament for my printer and can across Ooznest. after speaking to Albert on line i find out that the company does not have a face to face counter, as i live less than 15 miles away it would have been great to just go an buy what i want and talk through issues or get some advice, don't get me wrong Albert was good, but i am of the generation that still likes to see the person i am talking to, this is my hang up not the company's. The only reason i have put 4 stars is that you have no on site public counter. I have ordered some samples and look forward to seeing how those come out and buying from you again .

I would have liked to give this company more business but my first experience was not very good I ordered several hundred euros worth of equipment To build a large 3D printer the ordering process on line was difficult I decided to forgive this due to the virus and the many difficulties it has brought about the consignment arrived in two halves the first was damaged and partly missing, the second arrived a couple of days later and in fairness Ooznest reimbursed me for the missing components. So I thought ok teething problems. I places a second order it arrived on time and I had no faults I went to look on the Ooznest website and I had been blocked from the web page so I emailed to ask why and received no answer so if something goes wrong they will just dismiss your custom and your money means nothing. Make of this as you will I will look for a company who take more care of there clients and at least take the time to discuss there needs.

Bought about 30 lengths of aluminium extrusion cut to size. I am used to ebay sellers who are a little more slapdash with cutting measurements but all the lengths received were bang on. All lengths were well packaged so they wouldn't rub together and prevent damage to the black anodizing. Good stuff.
