After receiving a bouquet of their flowers I was keen to get a quote for my wedding. Unfortunately, the lady that I spoke to wasn't very accommodating and there was no give or take time wise for appointments only at 1pm. As we are trying to keep to a budget I explained that I was looking for a cheap simple elegant bouquet and the woman suggested I go elsewhere. Therefore if your looking for a expensive here is probably the place for you! Such a shame as I was keen to support local businesses.

Wow!!! The customet service was the best I have experienced in my 60 plus years. My wife received a bouquet at the weekend that that was dissapointing. I raised this directly with the business, by email.and in less han 2 hours a replacement bouquet was delivered to our door This is obviously a business that is genuinely committed to customer satisfaction and I would not heaitate to recommend them.
