Food portions have gone ridiculously smaller and prices have increased. Shame it's not filling either! Extremely spicy too. Chips are yummy though! I understand we're all trying to pinch the pennies, but if your prices are increasing then don't compromise on portion sizes. Unfortunately I won't be eating here again unless it's on offer 😂

If I could rate it no star I would. 2 of us didn't eat the food, said it wasn't spicy when it was. Chips were soggy overall a terrible experience. They wouldn't give us a refund and insulted us by saying its down to our spice tolerance and that we should of ordered something different DONT GO HERE

Ordered 4 boxes and spent a small fortune. On the website it shows how many chillies each chosen food is, going from no chillies to 3 chillies. In one of the meals we got noodles (no spice), katsu curry (no spice) and crispy chicken (no spice). The meal was that spicy it was unbearable and was just as spicy as another meal we got with up to 3 chillies. We rang the restaurant to complain and hopefully get a refund. They said that "the meal should not be spicy" then later stated that "it is spicy" and "cleary you cant handle spice". Which obviously the person that ordered the meal knew they couldnt and got a meal that didnt show chillies, their reply was "next time to get veg rice and sweet and sour". Thanks for the advice but... What if you dont like sweet and sour? What if you dont like rice? Are you fancying rice at the time? Allergies? They didnt want to admit they was wrong for the false advertisement! He then said "we will send another meal", which what he told us to buy, he wouldnt give us a refund as they can't. They could but they're choosing not to! They would much rather lose a customer and potential future customers, as we said we're writing a bad review, than send £8. What an absolute joke!
