Christian, Jack, Clark & Ellie, Ibi & Natasha & Thierry have been absolutely amazing! I was searching for gyms in the area Whetstone for 6.30 am morning classes as I have to work. There were hardly any, but I found this little gem! Ellie was so understanding about my asthma unlike another chain gym down the road! Also they show you the technique if you get it wrong (again other gyms don't focus on this) and I have burnt lots of calories during these sessions as you work hard! Love it and will continue coming. Thank you!!
