The accommodation itself is really nice but the staff ruin it. I once spoke to a man higher up who was lovely and very helpful but the reception staff and whoever writes their emails are disgustingly disrespectul and unprofessional. I’ve also heard the same complaints from many others. They are really ruining this company & were rude on multiple occasions despite me being nothing but polite. Expensive clothes we’re stolen from my bedroom by staff of onyx. I spoke to reception on 2 occasions to ask if I could move out the day after the move out date due to problems with my car. All was confirmed and they said it was fine for me to come the day after. When I arrived the next day my room was empty and I had to wait an hour whilst they searched the building for my misplaced belongings. Which were eventually found in a bin room in black sacks. The staff clearly had a field day with my belongings and left behind what they didn’t want. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
