Their drivers don't know the difference between a slip road and regular lane. Driver of van BK 22 in Salford nearly hit me then thought he was a big man swearing. Shame he declined my offer to pull over the coward

this is the worse housing association I've ever had to deal with, the company shows a lack if care to people who live within their properties, it takes weeks to get any repairs done by Fortem or Liberty, they show zero compassion when calling & keep increasing the rent every year meaning it is now becoming unaffordable for a single person. My mum rents a 3 bedroomed house in Stretford and pays £160 less than I do & I live in a flat in Cheetham Hill how does that make any sense? There is also fly tipping at my communal bins which gets taken after a year of complaining just for it to happen again & again. they fit CCTV within the hallways & outside of the flats but when you ask them for CCTV footage they don't have access to it, there has been scaffolding outside for 6 months blocking off half the car park & I haven't seen anybody doing anything. they advertise properties on their website but don't actually seem to give them to anybody. makes no sense

These are the worst landlords ever, they don't do repairs, they don't deal with complaints. I've been reporting a leaking roof for over a year and they've not done anything about it, they cancel appointments without informing you, AVOID AVOID.

Garden has been flooded with raw sewage for at least 2 weeks. Onward sends a contractor who takes a look, gets back in his van and drives off. Rinse and repeat. Now calling environmental health as our health is at risk. Call centre staff are trying to help, but this is appalling!
