I am so much greatful with Ontime Taxi services in Canterbury. I regulerly used this Cab service since 2020. The customer service is always excellent and all their drivers are so loyal, polites and patience, they always helping me for loading and unloading my baggages. Must of their cars are hybrid/electrics so smooth and comfort for me. The cab booking is also so easy thought the online web so now a days I usually book through the online even in silence hours. I have stopped using “not” on time taxis. They have been late so often and last time by over 15 minutes ! When I rang I was told the driver would be 2-3 minutes and this was clearly just a ploy to keep ME waiting. This was not an isolated incident. They are more expensive too than available elsewhere … it’s back to Longleys for me

Booked a 6 seater to take us home for £35 and it didn’t show up, rang the office to be told that they had turned up and rang me but as I didn’t answer they cancelled the job! Ordered another 6 seater to come out but the price is now £45 for the same journey with the same number of people, didn’t really have much choice so I had to pay it. Awful service. Avoid.
