  Terrible customer service.. Avoid this shop!!

  Bought a cube table & sofa set and two sun loungers costing just under £1000. Service was great instore and the delivery guy even told me which protective covers to fit the set. I covered up my furniture to protect it through the winter. However when I got it out I noticed severe damage to the table. I was shocked. In two straight lines the weaving had completely snapped in clean breaks. I contacted Ontario and sent them pictures. Firstly they said it must have been animals and then they said it was because I had covered the table up as rattan needs to breath. Well its not even rattan its plastic and you can clearly see its a fault as its all broken in two straight lines across the whole table. Impossible for animals to have got under the glass and nibbled in completely clean breaks. Sun loungers & sofas were also covered up and they did not snap like this. They refused to accept this is a faulty item and offered me some replacement strands to try and fix it. Its beyond fixing!! They have now blocked me from contacting them. Very disappointing customer service. ** IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY** You are more than aware of this issue as we have spoken on facebook messenger - unfortunately as you have now blocked me I cannot access the messages to get copies of them. I am more than happy to resend you all the info over email. I do not have your product code but since you said you keep comprehensive records I'm sure you could find this if you actually wanted to resolve this issue. This matter was reported to you last spring after I had discovered the state my table was in. Firstly if this was even true that you cannot cover the furniture or it will fall apart surely you would warn your customers of this when they purchased items from you? Secondly as I said before its not even real rattan its plastic! Since when can you not cover a plastic table for the winter?! Ridiculous excuses to avoid resolving a problem with what is clearly a faulty item.

  Reading reviews around the service, I bought a swinging chair in March. Unfortunately it started to come apart and 5 months later I complain. Originally they said it looked like birds or foxes damaging the rattan but I disputed this. The owner then came to my hoise today to.look at it and replaced it for me. Cant say fairer than that. Thats what I call looking after your customers

  Recently bought a sunlounger from this shop, the guy who served me was really lovely , furniture was delivered within couple of days really pleased with it would definitely recommend it.

  We found the service in the shop to be very informative and not pushy for sales. We purchased two garden sets which were delivered as agreed and very promptly as agreed. The furniture is the cheapest we found after looking on sites but still of good quality and when the furniture was delivered the guys took time to show my wife how the fire pit worked so we really recommend this company

  Having purchased this water fountain in late May as a gift for Mother in memory of my late father for £299, we were initially happy with the purchase. However just 4 months down the line it has cracked externally and has paint flaking from the top section. I contacted the store initially in person and showed photos, and was asked to send photos via WhatsApp and instantly asked if water additives had been used. I explained it was My mother’s and wasn’t sure. I sent the photos in that I have attached and waited a week but had no response, I then re contacted them to ask if they could call me but instead had a message back. Expecting to be offered a replacement or a refund I was in shock when I received a message to say that I had caused the damage using an additive, and that they had supplied it with a leaflet with care and instructions. (No such leaflets was ever given but Infact no additives were ever used) they have also given advice on how to repair it. Frustrated and in disbelief I called them to discuss in case they had some how not seen the photos and hopefully seek a more positive response as it looks s extremely clear that no water other than rain water touches where the crack has appeared and that only the top section has started to peel. Surely if it was a reaction to a chemical the whole internal section would be peeling. I was then told that I had clearly damaged it with additives and that the large crack which is clearly a defect from the mould was a DECORATIVE crack. I once again argued the case as it is clearly obvious a manufacturing fault and requested a refund or replacement, however was asked to send a photo with a piece of paper in the crack as for some reason this would show that it’s decorative. Hopefully they respond very soon with a satisfactory resolution and redeem my faith in their customer, however having looked through these other poor reviews I fully expect some inadequate excuse that puts them at no fault. Then I guess I will have to wait until January for the shop to open and take it further.
