I ordered some work boots from here and tbh it was a right faff! I rang up said I was interested in some boots, I wasn’t allowed to try them on or look at them I had to go on the internet site get the part number then right back with the part number. So eventually sorted I came to collect them but the front door was locked and it was like Fort Knox trying to get in. Extreme covid measures in place. Instead of letting me in the main entrance to collect my boots I was sent round the back of the building into a busy yard with forklifts hacking it around. I had no high viz on so I felt I was put in a more dangerous situation then just letting me collect my boots from the main entrance. Surely this makes no sense ?
